TRU PILATES POLICIES

• All 5 session pacakges must be used within 2months; 10 and 20
   within 6 months and 30 and 50 within 12 months.
• Pre-paid reservations required for all classes; there is a 24 hour
   cancellation policy.
• We accept MC/VISA, checks and cash.
• There is a $40 returned check fee.
• No refunds given on any packages; there is a $30 transfer fee.
• tru Pilates reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient
   attendance (3 students required for a group class to be held).
• tru Pilates is not responsible for loss of, or damage to
   personal property.
• tru Pilates reserves the right to substitute instructors without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If notice is not given within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the session.
